The Commissioning process...
Commissioning handmade furniture is a careful and precise process, resulting in a unique and personal purchase, a bespoke piece of furniture can bring a room together and be a thing of beauty for years to come.
After discussing your ideas for the project, I will supply an initial design concept with a rough guide to costings, once this stage has been agreed a more detailed specification with drawings and final cost will be produced along with a delivery date. Everyone has a different aproach to commissioning and clients can have as much or as little input in the process as they wish.
Lead times vary but generally it would be 3 or 4 months before work would begin. Delivery can be factored into the cost if required.
